I have created a main queue and 3 sub queues under it but i don't want the user to be able to choose the main queue, it that possible, if yes then how?

Make Dynamic Field Visible According To the queue selected in customer new ticket page

I defined 10 dynamic fields in customer new ticket page and i have 2 queues, now the 10 dynamic fields are visible but i want 5 only to be shown when i select the first queue and the other 5 to be shown when i select the second queue, can that be achieved and if yes then how?

Found it under Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom -> Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField

Hi all, I have created several drop down menus and added them to customer ticket message by doing these steps: 1. Creating dynamic fields from Admin>Sysconfig>Dynamic Fields 2.
