Is there any way to merge these tickets automatically?
I grow weary of merging hundreds of tickets a day.

View after ticket merge
Greetings,
After merging tickets, the view goes to TicketZoom. I'd prefer to go back to QueueView instead of TicketZoom (makes workflow easier for merging lots of tickets). In OTRS v3, after merging the result was QueueView. I'd like to go back to that behavior.

System Monitoring module
The documentation for the SystemMonitoring module is a little... lacking.
I'm investigating using the module to manage emails sent to OTRS from PRTG. My work flow has been to manually merge tickets when alarms come in for the same issue, and I am hoping that the SystemMonitoring module can be used ...

Re: Recommendation for upgrading OTRS 3.1.2 (Debian6)
I recently did exactly this, perhaps three weeks ago, though I am using CentOS.
I started with CentOS 6 on OTRS 3.3.12.
First upgrade from 3.1.2 to 3.3.12, as the documentation does reference that you must be on 3.3 to upgrade to v4. https://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/doc/doc-admin/4.0/en/pdf/otrs ...

Re: Pasting into FAQ
I installed v5 on a testing vm to see. It does even less well, with a complete inability to maintain tabular structure.

Re: Pasting into FAQ
Are your really using OTRS 3.3? I suggest updating OTRS to get a newer rich text editor. Maybe your results will be better. I would try this with a test installation.
This kind of reply can be so annoying. You don't know my scenario or use case, and to simply reply with "oh, you should upgrade ...

Pasting into FAQ
When pasting into the FAQ, I have a great deal of difficulty with the editor not saving all content.
For example, if I copy from Excel, then paste into the FAQ editor; when clicking save only a portion of the content will be saved.
Any suggestions as to what might be causing this, or how to fix it?
