Find the work around solution
if you run yum install "perl (xxxxxxx)" one by one manually, system can find the required packet.
seems stupid but it work. anyone know why?

In addition, I read a few migration guide, I see everyone mention backup and restore etc but I dont see anyone mention any step about make connect between OTRS application and database, any suggest about how the connection is happened?

How do I know the OTRS is using local database or using remote database server

I am currently trying to move OTRS to new red hat server. Could anyone tell me how to check whether OTRS is using local database or using remote database server please?
