Hallo Roy, danke für Deine Antwort. Wir haben 16 aktive Postmaster-Mailaccounts, die mit Protokoll IMAPS von unserem Exchange-Server die Mails abruft. Die Lösung wurde nach langer Suche gefunden.
Login and go to Menu-band → Admin → System Configuration → Search
Search for: “Ticket::Frontend::ResponseFormat”
And reset this value.
Background-info: This will change the string “Data.Created” to “Data.CreateTime”.

Hier noch ein Beispiel bevor wir auf OTRS 6 upgegradet haben. Im Screenshot ein älteres Ticket, was noch unter OTRS 5.x generiert und bearbeitet wurde. Wie man hier sieht, ist der email-Zeitstempel des angehängten Dialogs nicht gleich dem Erstellungszeitstempel. Unserer Agent antwortet hier am 24.10...

Hi, maybe it was not clear what I mean. I will give you an example how it looks like, when we used OTRS version 5.x. So attached you'll find an older ticket number with attached history on OTRS Version 5.x (before Upgrading to 6.0.x). As you can see, the the creation date of the ticket number differ...

Okay, just googled around and figured out, that there is no official way to upgrade from CentOS6 to CentOS7. I never thought about that.

So there is no possibility to upgrade the CentOS-version first and then update the RPM-package? I would switch off all services, like mysql-database and cronjobs first and then upgrade it to 7 and then upgrade the rpm-version?
