closed successful tickets still in "Open"
Dear All, I am a new user of OTRS and I am a bit in a struggle here. I am using OTRS version 4.0.8. I noticed that tickets with "closed successful" state still remains in "Open" of the customer's tickets list (See attached). Can anyone of you good souls provide me some guidance p...
