Sorry about Bumping here, but does no one have an answer to this Problem?

Hello,

I have the problem, that in our OTRS Followup mails sometimes do net set the state back to open correctly.

I already checked that the PostmasterFollowupState and the PostmasterFollowupStateClosed are both enabled and set to open.

The curious thing is, that in the same Ticket some Followups ...
