This have to be something really silly, as I've pointed above - there is completely no logical sense of such behaviour. Even worse- does not happen on my working queue. Maybe something with browser, I dunno ...
Was interested if someone else had similar issue but it looks I'm the only one.

The issue exists with basic answer template without any predefined information. So ... it's empty - no impact.

Hi, I just found some odd issue. We have couple queues in our company, more or less configured the same. When I'm answering on an article, works like a charm for me. But some co-workers from other queue have a weird issue - even when clicked on latest article in Reply-empty answer it's starting quot...

I have to admit that I've never had to manually enable AutoAssignCustomerIDForUnknownCustomers after the entries in the config so I guess it's quite new...
Works as a charm
