Ticket Create notification is not work.

Dear Sir,

We are using OTRS version 5.0.5

We are getting notification of queue changes, responsible changes, and owner changes.

But didn't get notification when ticket is created.


Would you please help us?

OTRS ticket Notification is not working

Dear Sir,
We set ticket notification from Ticket Notification Management. and also set preferences for ticket notification.

But didn't get any ticket notification.
Please anybody help us. My configuration is in attachment, please see my attachment.
