Hello, When I open the History at the agent page I can only see the name of the agent who has edited something. However, if the customer edited the ticket the name of the editor is not shown. forgot root password
Hi everyone,
i forgot my root password.
I have tried to reset it with "/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.SetPassword.pl admin password123" but no such file in directory.
For some reason I haven't got this file.

Hallo zusammen, ist es möglich bei der Historie eines Tickets ein weiteres Feld hinzuzufügen? Man gehe davon aus mehrere Kundenbenutzer bekommen ein Ticket zugewiesen. Jetzt hätte ich gern ein Feld, wo drin steht, welcher Kundenbenutzer was geändert hat. Es gibt so ein ähnliches Feld schon, aber lei...
