i had the same problem in otrs6 runing out of space. tryied: su -c "/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Cache::Delete" -s /bin/bash otrs cache delete didint work becouse cache files where generated empty, i got it working by deleting empty files in /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Custome...
