yum install -y perl-App-cpanminus
cpanm IO::Socket::SSL Net::SMTP


But keep in mind that there is no update mechanism in place. Create your own process on how to deal with this.

OS: Centos 7 with Postgresql 11.5
OTRS: v6 (after migration from v5)

We are trying to update multiple tickets via OTRS 5 web services using JSON. All is working fine except for one ticket. JSON looks the same as for other tickets.
We get error like:

Is there some way to hide Calendar and Customers links from the main top menu in OTRS 6?

After OTRS upgrade 5.0.28 to 6.0.10 i get error when as Admin open Queue views:

No, it's Postgresql. I have found similar some 3-4 posts, till now, without any solution.

I am trying to upgrade OTRS 5.0.28 to 6.0.10 from source using this guide https://www.ictforce.be/2017/otrs-upgrade-5-to-6/ and after s u -c "/opt/otrs/scripts/DBUpdate-to-6.pl" -s /bin/bash otrs get this error:

Got that problem yesterday (along with a billion more..)
A workaround/fix :
config.pm
$Self->{OTRSTimeZone } = 'Europe/Berlin';


Does this must be done before the first time run of scripts/DBUpdate-to-6.pl script?
I have entered $Self->{OTRSTimeZone } = 'Europe/Berlin'; but get the same ...

The same there..... Is there some correct upgrade manual available? (OTRS5 to OTRS6 upgrade)
