Hi
I would need to change the queue of a ticket without taking the ownership of that ticket. Now when I try it is throwing an error asking me to become the owner of ticket.

How to change menu or sub menu items?
I would need to remove the sub menu item "New email ticket" under "Ticket" menu. Also want to rename "New phone ticket" sub menu to "New Ticket". Could someone guide me on where and how to make these changes?
