Thanks for highlight. You correctly point the internal variable, but my question is: where, in sysconfig, can I insert that variable?
Or, maybe, you mean I have to alter the python code?

Hi. Does anyone point me in the right direction to successfully add last ticket update time and date into the Ticket Information summary widget?
I was able to add custom fields on it, but I can't figure how to success in this new task.
