Thanks , yes will do that. But just wanted to know if there is a quick fix for this problem as an upgrade might take some time

Hello,
For audit compliance, we had to disable SSL v3 and TLS 1.1 and enabled TLS 1.2 on all our exchange 2013 servers. Once this was done, our OTRS (3.2.3)was not getting any emails to convert to tickets. Can you please let me know where to enable TLS 1.2 on OTRS ? Urgently please as our ticketing ...
