Hello,
is there a way to edit postmaster filters by Shell?
The otrs console doesnt seem to know a way and I would love to not write to the Database directly.
The reason we need this is that we often need new queues with attached Mailsorting.I would love to automate this via Shellscript or Ansible ...

Wouldn't a generic agent with the trigger NotificationFollowUp do the trick?

Thanks roy. This wasn't about inbound Mail though but about not executing cronjobs at all.
I had to reinstall to fix this. Whatever the issue was.

Hello.
My OTRS Daemon is not executing the cronjobs I configured in the systemconfig.
/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Daemon.pl status answers with "Daemon running"
/opt/otrs/bin/Crons.sh is started
/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Daemon::List returns "SchedulerCronTaskManager" and 4 other
/opt/otrs/bin ...

Thanks for your replies.
The setting Ticket::Frontend::OverviewSmall###DynamicField now shows my dynamic field in the overviewtable - which is a step forward for us.
Maybe this will work as a workaround.
In my research i have found 2 Files that could maybe help me:

I am currently trying to edit the customer history on the bottom of a new ticket. It currently shows the most recent tickets of that specific customer.

To elaborate: I did it for a new Ticket on the Sysconfig
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###DynamicField
Value 2 = activated and mandatory
