Hi, I`m having the same issue. The problem in my case is, that if I go to our ticketsystem using the IP (192.168.178.34/otrs.index.pl) it works without problem, but if I go using the fqdn(myticket.com/otrs.index.pl) it shows me "OTRS has detected possible network issues". Where can be the ...
