Hi,
I want to add a text field to ticket zoom view. either through drop down menu a pop up showing text field.
I added a ticket type dynamic field. but not sure how to make it a pop up link on menu bar.
please help.

Iam using OTRS 6.0.19,
Iam unable to view new open in ticket queue overview section on dashboard. i lso want to enable close into it. but unable to do it. all setting in sysconfig is same as my test machine with 6.0.18, anything iam missing.

For a ticket created i want email sent to otrs mail id gets added to that ticket.
Iam adding [Ticket#1512] in subject of mail.
but i dont see in the ticket in otrs.

After investigation i found that lost password is the way for users to automate generation of password for them, they cannot be notfied by auto mail on creation of login.

just been not able to do it.
I changed customer users group to admin RO and RW.
but still not able to see changes as customer cant login to index.pl and customer.pl dont show admin option.

Please let me know what all permission in admin group i can give to that role, say superuser, so that he can create only customer users for specific customer and he can not mess around as admin.
