how can or where can i find otrs guide or documentation.

well the thing is that i have installed otrs before but i didn't know how i installed it and i tried to install it in another computer and want to test it but i couldn't install it so my question is how to install it. please help me i have read about OTRS and i liked it and i would like to use it but the problem is with the installation part. my operating system is Linux so can any one tell me which package to download and also how to install it in Linux. any suggestion will help.
