I removed the states 'pending reminder' and 'pending auto' from the modules 'phone ticket' etc.. but the field 'Pending Date (for pending* states):' is stil there if you would like to make a new 'phone ticket'. Is there no other way then changing the .dtl file to hide this field?

how can i hide the "pending date (for pending*states):" field in 'phone tickets' , email tickets and notes etc.

how can i disable the auto 'note notifications' (every time when a new note is added to a ticket the owner gets a notification)? or the responsibility update notification?

Hi crythias, They don't see the tickets in there own queue if it was moved from another queue. This only happens if i use my own states. If i use a default state like "open" it suddenly appears in the queue. for example a phoneticket is being made with the state "new" the agent s...

Tickets not in queue view

Hi otrs guru's i installed otrs 2.4.7:ITSM local on a windows 7 laptop. I made some groups and queues and gave everyone the right permissions. Now i added some new states, and if i use those new states in the tickets and move them from one queue to another queue they aren't visible in any queue view...

I think i'm a little off the solutions pad. I will just edit the cronjob to fetch my mail a little faster.

Hi Crythias, thank you for response. I renamed the .procmailrc.dist file to .procmailrc. The file was indeed in /opt/otrs. In the .procmailrc the SYS_HOME was already pointing to the right pad /opt/otrs. I don't know if my linux system is set up to receive outside mails. Maybe i don't understand the...

Problem solved... but i don't know how. The username and password that i provided was correct, but somehow OTRS would not accept it. Now approx. 19 days later the problem somehow is solved.
