Hallo, hat irgendwer einen Tipp, wie ich im Hauptmenü einen neuen Eintrag mit Dropdown generiere (analog z.B. Tickets oder Kalender). Since it is manually working by just clicking on update at the customer change without choosing a different customer, maybe I could use such a module to just „change“ to the actual customer...

Thats something I would also like to know. Is there some command or setting to get a CustomerUpdate to all the existing tickets, so that the DynamicField gets and update from LDAP (also for tickets before the config change).

Four years later, but the problem still exist.
I search almost every file I could image that could help to change that truncating. Does anyone have a clue where to look at? All dynamic fields in the customer Ticket Infozoom are turncated
