Hi @all,
im wondering whether its possible to count which reply template is used how often in OTRS 6.
A simple counter file or db-table outside of the OTRS db structure will do the job.
Is such a thing possible?
Thanks alot
Daniel

Deactivate User by Script not working
Hi, today I have a question related to a kind of automation here. I host many instances of OTRS on VHosts. To have an overview about the configured users in each system, I wrote a little script. Via this script, I need to have the capability to activate or deactivate users by one click action. To do...

Re: [SOLVED] OTRS does not send Emails
Just for your information. I found the problem by myself. Solution: I look at the running processes and found a process otrs.Daemon.pl which is consuming nearly 100% cpu power. I stopped the Deamon by ./otrs.Daemon.pl stop and found, that one process is left. Exactly this, which is consuming high cp...

Re: OTRS does not send Emails
I have another Update to my case. In /otrs/var/log/Daemon i found some error logs, which are really really big. BUT ... in parallel, OTRS produces another mail to root@localhost with more than 350 MB of content!!!! The content looks like SMTP-Debug: Net::SMTP>>> Net::SMTP(3.11) Net::SM...

Re: Auto-Answer changes Ticket-Priority by itself
Howdy, no, i dont have a Generic Agent which changes the priority. The OTRS is freshly installed and all i did until now is creating the queues, defining the Postmaster-E-Mail accounts as well as the Webservice. After i create the ticket via the Webservice the OTRS sends automatically an auto answer...
