Otrs 3.1.4 for Windows upgrading to the latest version

Am going to upgrade to the latest version using the new Windows Installer. Does any one have experience of how this performs ?

hi

this is because you have not assigned auto responses to the relevant queues

go to:

Admin

Auto Responses <-> Queue

and assign * default reply (after new ticket has been created) (auto reply) to all the relevant queue

post back results

hi there,

in sysconfig>>core>> sendmail what are your settings ?

are you using your isps outgoing mail server ?

i recently set up the system from scratch so i can possibly help.
