I only see the below 3 sections for Customer Tickets. Can i make changes to all these 3 so they cannot create new tickets?

Yes Roy. That's my concern too. They don't want to upgrade it as they are looking into other tools yet they want to keep this as read-only copy for customers and employees for at least several months. Its very challenging thing to migrate it and yet as you said maintaining the security and ...

Make OTRS Read only for Customers

Hi OTRS team,

We are moving away to a new OTRS machine and I have a requirement for making OTRS Read only for Customers ( 2 CUSTOMER Company accounts) for archiving purposes for at least 6 months. Do we have any way to achieve this?

OTRS Priority in Admin email notification

Hi Otrs team,

Is there a way we can include the Ticket's Priority in the New Ticket Admin email notification? Currently only the Customer name, Customer's email account and queue name are being displayed. I tried OTRS.PRIOTIRY but it did not work. Please advise. Appreciate your inputs.

Thank you so much for the reply. Yeah i just saw the current version of the Linux Server where my OTRS 2.2.5 is running. Hopefully I can get the same version on the new server or may be RHEl 5 at the best. Thank you again :)

Thank you so much for your response. We are not going to use it actively or make any modification. we just want to keep an instance up and running without any upgrading and would it be fine?

OTRS 2.2.5 compatibility with RHEL 7.7
