Hello we are using the company function in OTRS. I would like to add a field in the DB and display it in the customer detail window.

Somebody has an idea how to do this?

I didn't find a solution yet, but I can confirm that we have the same problem in 2.4.9. Maybe a bug? "Select * from group_customer_user;" has all the data. Any ideas?

Actually to be even more specific I am just looking for the values that I can fill in in "$QData{}" in the AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl.

With Company info I mean the company name
