Integrating two OTRS via WebService

I have two OTRS 6.0.x.

OTRS1 and OTRS2,

I would like to open a ticket in OTRS1 and it would also be opened in OTRS2, each update in the ticket in OTRS2 I would receive a warning in OTRS1.
