I have the same problem

Hi If link SLA to customer , i must link SLA to service first, then link customer to service. But i have more than 500 customer, and i do not want to set it one by one by use "Admin"-"[ Customer Users <-> Services ] ". help me ,please? Many thanks and best regards to all john
