If you're using Customer Groups, you shouldn't necessarily be able to select a Queue that the Customer does not belong to. ?

So my agents have to open cases for up to 150 different customer's. My agents need the ability to select any Queue that the specific customer belongs to when the ticket ...

When I go to open an email ticket (new) I can't select anything but 1 queue. When I login as a customer mapped into a specific group that is mapped to another queue it works when I open a new customer ticket.

However from an agent I can't select any other queues.

- Group #1: APT
- Group #2: BP ...

I have built a "Notification Event" to email ticket note updates to a customer. My problem is that I want to have every "article" that has been noted on this ticket (History). If anyone knows if I am just doing this wrong or is a better way please let me know?

Do you know how I can use Notification Events to email out to my customers using HTML? It is stuck using TEXT and I can't change it.
