If you're using Customer Groups, you shouldn't necessarily be able to select a Queue that the Customer does not belong to. ? So my agents have to open cases for up to 150 different customer's. My agents need the ability to select any Queue that the specific customer belongs to when the ticket needs...

When I go to open an email ticket (new) I can't select anything but 1 queue. When I login as a customer mapped into a specific group that is mapped to another queue it works when I open a new customer ticket.
