Hi,
Is there a way to convert a regular ticket into a Master ticket?
I've had a situation arise where a single item ticket has developed into a bigger "project" where sub tickets would be beneficial and I'd rather not recreate it as a master ticket.
Any suggestions.

Is it possible to configure the dashboard to view tickets and the Agent associated with the ticket; either by ownership, responsible or who has it locked?
I've seen this feature in other helpdesk / service desk applications and would really like to know how it can be done in OTRS ...

We have been testing OTRS and are ready to launch into production on our IT Service Desk.

Thanks for your reply but I found out workaround.
I realized that Kernel::System::Ticket::Custom was likely a path and that the app was looking for a file named Custom.pm (or something like that). So I went to /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Ticket and noticed a file named Custom.pm.example. I renamed the ...

I was experimenting with some settigngs in sysconfig. I was trying to find a way to set the application so that the default ticket state was unlocked.
Now I can't access the application and the following message appears in the browser window.
