Hi! After restarting the server. The event log has shown the following error message: "Error deserializing data: Magic number checking on storable string failed at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.24/Storable.pm line 426, at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Storable.pm line 116." Can anybody help me?

I forgot to add the string "DynamicField_[Field]" on dashboard configuration.

Dynamic field information does not appear when adding it as a column to the dashboard.
It only gets a "-".

Hi, An "Unknown error 1040" has appeared in the event log and I cannot identify what the problem is. In the "SystemConfigurationSyncManagerERR.log" the message appears: "[...] otrs.Daemon.pl: DBI connect('database=<DB>;host='<IP>','<user_DB>',...) failed: Unknown error 1040 ...
