Thanks, I tried that and it worked like a charm.
I just wish I could do that through Config.pm, since when OTRS updates I'll have to track this down again

Customer Default type
My company wishes to have the ability to set the type of ticket at closing for classification purposes. I have this configured, but I can't figure out how to hide the option to select the type from the customer.
If anybody can help me out that would be great.

Update customer_company and customer_user IDs at same time
Hello all, just like to say first that this is a great system and I have had a lot of fun configuring it. One of the problems I've come upon, however, has to do with the CustomerCompanySupport feature. When I update the Customer ID for the Customer Company, is does not update the Customer ID for the...
