@Roy Actually, I want to know how they define naming between two CI linkage. For example- CI `1` linkage with CI `2` where `type_id` is 6 (includes). Now in the OTRS application, it shows **Depends on** but it should show **includes** since it's connected via `type_id` 6. My question is how do they ...
