Thanks for your replies. Actually, the problem is that it's just not deleting anything, no matter how many times I run it. It was deleting the default amount before (4000) -- which I haven't changed yet -- but now it doesn't remove anything from the queue at all. Is there something I can do to figur...

Ah thanks. Yes, I've been running a GenericAgent to delete (very) old tickets from one of the queues. And yes, unfortunately (due to many reasons) we do have more than 80 0000 open tickets in the system ... which is the reason for the GenericAgent. Ah, I discovered what I'd done: I had thought I had deployed the config change, but I'd clicked away before doing the final deployment. It now works, thanks for your help.

To prevent fetching the email I delete all entries from the table mail_account. To prevent sending e-mails place this line to Kernel/Config.pm: Thanks, I've done that and am running the daemon now, and I can see search results. Thank you. I will switch over to using Znuny at some point soon too.
