Any pointers would help, like specific logs i should look at on the system.
i tried to check in logs folder of my otrs install, but could not really find anything usefull that would explain this behavior.

We've been running otrs on windows without problems for the past 2 years. But one MAJOR thing i would have to complain about it the lack of intelligent upgrades on windows.... as opposed to linux. I thought about that but i'll end up with huge text files to feed instead of using a database clearly made for that kind of work and it still wont make it "dynamic". Since changing one freetext field wont change the other ones automaticly. So yes i could have the whole sites list in there ...
