Hello Friends We are using OTRS2.4.9 and webmail 0.13.2 intergrated with it. I can see the Inbox . But i cannot see the sentmails or sentmail folder as i can see inbox. what i have to do for this . Anymodule should be added or any code changes to be done ??? Thanks and Regards, Rani

we r using ORTS 2.4.9 .In Webmail we can see the Received mails in Inbox but where we can see the composed mails by us.
i.e., sent mails .How to enable this feature. ????

I found the solution myself.
Solution :We have to give permissions to each Event at Notification(ITSM changement) by selecting the Recipients , to make them visible .

Some modules became invisible when database is uplaoded

Hi From OTRS 2.2.7 i took backup of the database and uploaded it into OTRS 2.4.7 . When i did this FAQ Area became invisible. I have uninstalled FAQ 1.6.5 package from Package Manager and reinstalled it .But i am unable to see this .What is the problem ? Shall any one can suggest solution about this...
