Hi, I'm trying to run the otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl file in the command line (perl otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl) and it's throwing the following errors: Traceback (2916): Module: Kernel::System::MailAccount::IMAP::_Fetch (v1.12) Line: 127 Module: Kernel::System::MailAccount::IMAP::Fetch (v1.12) Line: 7...

Help on creating new ticket states
Hi,
I followed the instructions to create a new ticket state. It can be displayed by a query to the DB, but when I'm trying to add/modify a ticket state it's not dispalyed in the "* State type:" drop-down list.
Where do I have to configure to make it "visible"?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Email Configuration
Hi,
I'm working with postfix and I now have it working perfectly. I tested it creating 2 accounts and they can send mails to each other. But, what I need is to OTRS "reads" those e-mails and create a ticket for each one. Everything is runing in a local server. Thanks in advance.

Re: Authomatic Reminder ticket to email
Hi,
Maybe you can do it with the parameters of the GenericAgent. There's an option to filter the tickets in PENDING TIMES and ESCALATION TIMES.

Google maps
Hi All,
I wonder how to put a google maps plug-in in my initial dashboard. I know it's one of the new management features and I would like to learn how to use it.
Thanks in advance.

Authomatic Reminder ticket to email
Hi all,
my name is Sebastian. I wonder if it's possible to OTRS send me a notification to my e-mail with a reminder of a ticket that has been created and has X minutes without being supported.
Thanks in advance and regards,
sebastian.
