After upgrade to 6.5.15 our dashboard widget show only the tickets that are due, but also tickets that have a reminder date several months from now on.

That are confusing as before it only show the one that was due.

Can I change and where ?

Think I just found the error.

We was trying to replace /otrs/ with /znuny/ but that made the error, so for now we will just use /otrs/ again.

Using 6.5.10 and have a issue with add more than 1 attachment to a reply or note ?

It seems that it will only take the latest added and send even it is showing more before I send.

What can be the issue ?

Solution: Downgrade to 6.5 LTS

martinv2 -> What we have done to be honest is that we have 1 account that have permission to all the O365 mailboxes we are fetching from instead of having different accounts that is possible as all the mailboxes are in the same tenant.

After upgrade to Znuny 7.0.3 it seems that ReplyAll are just using ordinary Reply as only sender are added to the reply.

What is missing ?

I sadly can't remember what I changed, but suddenly it worked and sadly forgot this thread.

Just curious are there any ETA on support for Znuny 6.4 and will it work with with using HTTPBasicAuth as auth for the agents ?

Wanted to "Stay Informed" from znuny.org but can see the confirmation mail are blocked with reason: "The messages violates the DMARC policy of znuny.com"

Who should I contact so znuny.org / .com can fix their DMARC record ?
