Other company email accounts receive mail perfectly fine. The email is setup via IMAP. I don't even have trouble sending email from OTRS to personal yahoo, gmail, or hotmail accounts. The only explanation I can think of is that aol, rr.com, bellsouth, etc. are just completely blocking these emails f...

Personal Email Accounts Not Receiving Email from OTRS
Using OTRS 2.4.7. Personal email accounts such as *@blah.rr.com, *@sbcglobal.net, *@bellsouth.net, *@aol.com, etc. are not receiving email sent from OTRS. However, OTRS receives email from these accounts just fine. What could be the problem? Do all of these email services run by ISPS just completely...

Bulk action does work but only for a single page. There are almost 3000 tickets in the queue. So I guess the real question is how do I close all open tickets in the queue (2700 total).jojo wrote:Please fill out your signature with OTRS Version.

How do you close multiple tickets simultaneously?
How do you close multiple tickets simultaneously? I've tried going to the ticket area -> select all bulk action -> Next state: Closed Successful -> submit. It doesn't seem to do anything. What is the easiest method without having to click on each ticket individually to close?
