you can update from 3.0.1 to 3.0.5 directly. man rpm will help you on the usage of rpm Thanks for clarifying that, but still I don't get it when you say "rpm will help you on the usage of rpm" I can tell you how I installed OTRS 3.0.1 on CentOS 5 by following the instructions on this link...
