Hi, when we move a closed Ticket in our old otrs installation from Queue A to Queue B it gets re-opened and unlocked again. In my new Znuny installation, a closed ticket stays closed, even if i move it. So far i failed to find a setting to change that behaviour. Can anyone point me in the right dire...

Awesome, that works.

It has to be NewUserID=[% Env("UserID") | html %], but the "[% Env("UserID") | html %]" Part was exactly what i needed!

ok, i just found, that the "Subaction" part was hacked into the old OTRS installation. Therefore it wont work. What i now tried is this, which works fine. Action=AgentTicketMove;TicketID=[% Data.TicketID %];DestQueue=Buchaltung;NewUserID=2 It moves the Ticket to the Queue and locks it to m...

gerade in dem Moment hab ich den Fehler auch gefunden. Es war der HttpType. Der stand wegen eines Test noch auf HTTPS, der Webserver läuft aber auf HTTP. Nachdem ich das nun angepasst habe, geht wieder alles.
