Can someone point me to the docs that show how to add fields on the change management screen? I can add the fields but persisting that data to the database has been more challenging than I expected.

Where does that code go?

I'm trying to customize the change management form (AgentITSMChangeAdd). I can get my fields to show up but having a hard time getting them to commit to the database.
