Thank's. I was try to find the PostMaster but no success. Then I use the option "-f 1" and works. Now I remove this option and still work. This moment, the problem solved!!

Yes it´s running. I send email to the otrs system but it doesn´t update the new tickets and I don´t receive the notification that a new ticket is open.

Hi, I installed the OTRS on my server, but the mail account does not update automatically. I need to go in PostMaster Mail Account menu and click in Execute right now (or now run, my system is in portuguese).

I want email update automatically per minutes. Anybody help me?!
