taking longer to process might be due to issues with the computer... issues include installing new software, virus etc.
i know mine slowed after it got infected and never became fast again
damed virus took out the system restore points so im stuck with the slow com though its virus free...
it went down again and i reapplied the port forwards, worked again.... goina add another wag200 to act as a slave and forward the ports after removing port forward from first to be sure...
hi, ive done this, it was before i realized how simple it was to bring otrs to the web (and im still having probs with that so.... this is working for me here)... what can be done is the following: -make 2 ids for the same mail, eg firstlevel@abc.com and 2ndlevel@abc.com -emails which go to firstlev...
if you ping http://www.abc.com, does it resolve to the same ip address as the otrs box? thanks for your replies guys, it gives the same ip as the router, the router is forwarding port 80 to the computer. and another thing, if i just reapply the port settings on the router the problem is not fixed, ...
Is there any add on / feature which has auto save of drafts? Or any1 made something like this? Alota times when a persons drafting a mail the page times out at sending losing the mail content...

I have an otrs installation running on a windows xp 32bit sp3 computer. the computer got infected by a conflicker.b virus some time ago, fixed now; afterwhich OTRS started behaving oddly... i have otrs running...
