i have in production in otrs 2.4.9
Calendar 1.9.4 Module

and new version tell not can't upgrade this module

any time out o upgrade for this module?

Ok i can upgrade my problem is present in two chapter /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Agent/default/css-cache this i create manual dir and change Permission chmod 775 /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Agent/default/css-cache this change Permission chmod 775 and now finally i can upgrade my system

Buenos Días, un saludo trabajo con la versión otrs 2.4.4 en la actualidad esta presentando el inconveniente de que no esta llegando correo spam o algunos remitentes no deseados, me gustaría saber como puedo hacer para que estos correos no lleguen a la cola o se eliminen.
