Hi all, I have enabled the auto-response queue for notification to customers in case of new ticket is created by him. But I want to send this notification mail to customers who send the requests with specific format in subject line / body. Is there any way in OTRS to do that ? Thanks in advance, Man...

Thanks for the reply. The mails are getting sent from OTRS system.But there is a problem in that mail
In mail body
Hi <OTRS_UserFirstname>

"OTRS_UserFirstname" is not getting replaced by actual username.Any idea what must be the problem here?

Hi all, I want to enable the event based notification.Whenever the owner of the ticket is updated owner should get email. Hello crythias, Thanks for the reply. Actually I am asking for the help to stop the ticket creation from such notification. "The message could not be delivered because the recipient's mailbox is full." is a recipients mailbox issue. But new tickets creation from such notification which is ...

Hello , I am facing some problem with my otrs settings. Whenever there is followup email from postmater new ticket is getting generated. The content of the followup email is given below. Also "SendNoAutoResponseRegExp" is on with regex "(MAILER-DAEMON|postmaster|abuse|junk)@.+?\..+?&q...
