I ran rebuildconfig. we have more than 200 agents. but very few agents are getting the the error and not all.

Message: Module Kernel/Modules/.pm not found!
Traceback (1160):
Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run (v1.43.2.1) Line: 182
Module: PerlEx::Precompiler::c_::otrs::bin::cgi2dbin ...

If i rebuild, my current setting will go? Coz , i have configured few freetext.

i am not worrying about second issue.

The first one is critical.

1) After submiting the phone ticket am getting kernel/modules/.pm not found error.

2) After upgrading to 2.2.6 to 2.4.9, search-templates gives incorrect results

we have more than 15 intermediate status between new and closed.

the workflow will be like


new --- -->status1----> status2--->.........status15----> closed


if my current ticket status is status 13 and if i would response the ticket it should retain status13, before clicking submit i will change ...

If i click the empty address to compose the answer, the ticket status should retail the current status instead it shows "open" which is the default value.

I have ticket with state "in process", if i reopen the ticket the the ticket status says "open" by default and not retaining the current status.

Please help me to fix it.

OTRS calculates the age of the ticket even after closing the ticket.how to stop that?.i want the otrs to stop calculating the age after closing the ticket and start calclating the age if reopen the ticket.

Production migration was successful.(2.2.6 mysql to 2.4.9 oracle)

We used Oracle's sqldeveloper to migrate from mysql to oracle.

we had to write few lines of java code for base64 encoding of attachments.
