Move Rights to ALL

Hi,

Currently OTRS allows me to move my tickets (I am the OWNER) to any Queue, but i would also like to move others tickets to other Queues, OTRS does not allow that now. Is there any other way from which i can move others ticket to other Queues?

Thanks Crythias... need more help from you. I tried my best to figure out where i would have went wrong, but could not locate and fix this issue. Can you please guide me with more details?, would be a GREAT help if you can let me know where is should checked exactly.

Every day the same mail should be sent to agent.

Agent should receive a mail everyday around 7pm, mail body should be "take a backup of files received yesterday" - agent mail id - vishnu@gmail.com .

But my internal structure works like that, most of the times my users would reply from mail client. Is there any other way to make it as i required?
