I'm currently investigating OTRS (ITSM) for usage in our company.
I would like to be able to :
Step 1 : Open a config-item (for example a computer)
Step 2 : being able to click a link / button (in the same config-item view) that opens a 'new ticket' that is (after submit) automatically ...
