Can some show me where to disable the Notifcation Alerts so that they do not show up in the person ticket window as a list?

Never did get the followup to this issue. Any ideas anyone?

Good questions. It is the customer.pl link and they customer should be able to see the data in the link. If they are not logged in, then it prompts them before going to the UTRL where they see the permission denied message. Version OTRS 3.0.2

When something changes in the customers ticket, they get an email. At the bottom of the email is a link to the ticket. I am wondering if there is a site or if somebody has some cool templates/skins that I can try out to make the site a little more interesting. The OTRS default templates are ok, but lack a certain pizzaz and I was wondering if anyone has done any more on that end.

Interesting. I seem to be having the same problem. I see the original ticket and then there is a list of other actions (emails being sent by Notification Event). I want the customer only to see the orignal ticket and any comments that maybe added and not all the Notifications Events that this genera...

Damn, if that did not fix my problem. Feel sort of stupid, but happy that the issue has been resolved.

Now if I can only figure out why it does not send out mail when I close the ticket or change its state....

I have installed OTRS 3.0.4 on a Redhat's Fedora and I am trying to get it to work with Nagios. I want Nagios to be able to have OTRS create a ticket every time Nagios see an alert. I have not found any documentation on how to get this done. Can someone please tell me what all the steps are? Thanks

I have done this and it works sort of. I seem to loose all the look and feel of the site. It just shows up as text and without all the pretty pictures. Are there a few more files that I need to edit?

I am new at this, but I like what I have seen so far. One thing I have not been able to figure out and find how to do is to remove the otrs from the URL. It always seems to redirect me to support.domain.com/otrs/whatever.pl. How do I configure the server so that it is just: support.domain.com/whatev...
