[SOLVED] Is it possible to store attachements in folder ?
Hi, Right now, when attachments with a ticket, article, the files are stored in my database (Mysql). I will need to store the attachments in a folder on my site. Is-it possible to configure, Attachments --> Stored in folder ? I didn't find a configuration menu in the admin (or not understood :-)) Rgs
