I am still running v3.1.11, and have tried versions 3.2, 3.3, and 4
...however...
I use LDAP for customer lookup, and it is TERRIBLY slow in 3.2+ versions. It is very noticeable and unacceptably slower. It does work - but it very slow. It works *just fine* with v3.1.11
...any suggestion?

...anyone have any useful advice/tutorial for how to configure an ACL? AND...I've tried every example in the online docs (of course, modified the values to match specific queues/priorities/etc, within our build).
I don't doubt that ACLs work...but...they DON'T work for me!!

nin1106 is "on target". If you have installed Perl, then uninstall it. The Windows Installation will install everything for you. As crythias said, be sure that IIS isn't running either.

Upgrade from 3.1.11 to 3.3.4
I am running 3.1.11 on Windows (Apache and MySQL), and wish to upgrade to 3.3.4.
I have a DB dump, and export of sysconfig. What is the proper upgrade path? I've read that I have to upgrade to every release. Can someone please explain the guidelines for upgrading??

How can you set an SLA to their service?
IE
3 Services, and each service has 2 unique SLA's, how can one force a default SLA for each service when the ticket comes in? I am thinking i need to reference the email address from with services for that email address, then set sla, but how?

Sorry, let me clarify.
If a ticket is created by an agent, how do I force the SLA to a specific/default SLA? Currently, it defaults to "-".

I want to create ALL new tickets with a default SLA (ie, Standard) for all my customers. The Agent can choose a HighPriority SLA for business critical LOB applications/incidents, but otherwise, I want ALL new tickets to be assigned an default SLA.
